Kira Gor

<kirao@wam.umd.edu> is Associate Professor of Russian and
Second Language Acquisition at the School of Languages, Literatures,
and Cultures, University of Maryland. She teaches in the Russian
Program at the Department of Asian and East European Languages and
Cultures and in the interdepartmental M.A. Program in Second Language
Acquisition and Application. Her publications include Interlanguage
Phonology and Second Language Morphology (1998) and more than 30
scholarly articles. Dr. Gor co-authored a 4-volume video-based Russian
language course Russian: Stage One: Live from Moscow! (1996).
Her current research focuses on the processing of Russian verbal
morphology by native speakers and second language learners of
Russian.
