The second annual Summer Institute for Instructors of Slavic
and East European Languages took place from August 1-10, 2001
on the campuses of Duke University and the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Topics included:
the use of technology in the language classroom,
using computer technologies to create pedagogical materials,
teaching film and culture,
integrating heritage students in the classroom, and
internet resources for Slavic and East European language teachers.
